At zlozarinxon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your textile decor purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
In addition to our returns policy, you have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty, doesn't match its description, or isn't fit for purpose, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of our 14-day policy. To initiate a return, please contact us at helpcenter@zlozarinxon.world or call +64 21 554 988 within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
